2020 student brief - Numbers:
When looking into numbers there are so many different ways of looking at them. Systems, specific numbers, there representations, sequencing. I decided that coo-ordinates were a sequence of specific numbers and something that interested me. Furthermore, from my research the number 7 was a number with a large number of attached ideas. Looking at the wonders of the world, both ancient and modern I needed to see and understand what numerical systems they used in the time at which they were built. I needed both the modern and the ancient to connect, but still have their own identity, and this is why the publication created has two very separate sides to engage with.
